Reforestation efforts funded by the Keo Seima carbon offset project took place between April 2022 and March 2024. Twenty families were provided with equipment and funds to raise 63,000 seedlings of different tree species. To date, 32,000 trees have been planted in previously deforested areas throughout the wildlife sanctuary.
