Sustainable Travel International Annual Membership Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to annual membership payments made to Sustainable Travel International.
Automatic Annual Renewal
Sustainable Travel International Memberships are for a pre-paid 12-month membership term. If you signed up for automatic annual renewal payments, your membership will automatically renew at the end of each membership term for another 12-month term and you agree that we may charge the card you provided on the one year anniversary of your last membership renewal date (the “Renewal Date”), unless you cancel your membership or change your membership level prior to the Renewal Date (see below for instructions on how to cancel or change your membership). Sustainable Travel International will automatically renew your membership each year on the Renewal Date until you cancel your membership or Sustainable Travel International no longer offers the membership program.
Notice Of Automatic Renewal
You will receive an email notice approximately five days prior to the Renewal Date. The notice will let you know that your membership is about to renew and the date when your membership will be renewed and your account charged. All notices regarding your membership will be sent to your last email of record associated with your subscription. To cancel your membership without your account being charged for the next term or to change the membership level you would like to renew at, you must do so prior to the Renewal Date. Please keep a record of when your membership term ends and the next Renewal Date. You are responsible for timely canceling your membership regardless of whether you receive any notice from us.
Payment And Price
The renewal payment is due on the Renewal Date and will automatically be charged to the same payment method that you used for the original membership payment or the most recent renewal. If your payment method has changed, you can update this via the Sustainable Travel International Customer Portal. The renewal price will be the same price as for the prior 12-month membership term unless Sustainable Travel International gives you advance notice of a price change or unless you change your membership level.
Membership Benefits
You will receive access to your membership benefits for 12 months following your renewal date and successful payment. The benefits that you receive will correspond with the membership level / amount paid for your most recent renewal. A list of the current membership levels and benefits is available here. Sustainable Travel International reserves the right to add, remove, and/or change these membership benefits without notice.
How To Change Your Membership Level
If you would like to change your membership level at any point, you may do so by updating your subscription plan via the Sustainable Travel International Customer Portal. If you have any difficulties doing this via the portal, please contact [email protected].
How To Cancel Your Membership
If you would like to cancel your membership at any point, you may do so by canceling your subscription via the Sustainable Travel International Customer Portal prior to the Renewal Date. If you have any difficulties doing this via the portal, please contact [email protected].
Refunds
Except as set out in these terms and conditions, all membership sales are final once you receive access to your benefits.
In exceptional cases, such as mistaken transaction amounts or accidental duplicate purchases, Sustainable Travel International will, at its discretion, refund the excess transaction amount upon request. Refund requests should be emailed to [email protected].
